## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Prepare initial drafts of LP transfer documents, including transfer agreements, consents, and subscription agreements.
- Liaise with transfer parties on processes and timings, and assist with execution workflows.
- Work closely with lawyers and senior paralegals to deliver high-quality client service across fast-moving, high-volume matters.
- Build commercial and legal expertise over time, with opportunities to take ownership of client accounts and progress toward qualification through the SQE route.

## Requirements
- Motivation, curiosity, and eagerness to develop expertise in legal practice, including compliance, contracts, or funds.
- Strong organisation and efficiency, with the ability to prioritise, manage competing deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Initiative and the ability to work independently while proactively flagging issues.
- Effective collaboration with lawyers, senior paralegals, and client-facing teams in a fast-paced environment.
- An undergraduate Law degree or equivalent is preferred; a GDL is welcome.

## Nice-to-haves
- Prior exposure to LP transfer processes.
