## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own the full life-cycle recruiting process for positions at all levels across Product, Data Science, and Fin/Ops teams.
- Create strategies to identify, attract, and engage top talent using existing and new sourcing resources.
- Qualify candidates based on business and hiring-manager needs.
- Provide a high-touch experience with frequent communication throughout the recruiting lifecycle.
- Follow and improve scalable recruiting processes and best practices.
- Contribute to Talent Acquisition initiatives spanning branding, operations, diversity, training, documentation, and programming.
- Build a strong candidate network through active market presence and research-based industry knowledge.

## Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience leading recruitment searches from inception to close across multiple functions and levels.
- Experience recruiting for commercial roles in SaaS preferred.
- Experience with structured recruiting methodologies.
- Experience partnering with hiring managers, hiring teams, and candidates.
- Project management approach to talent acquisition, including discovery, strategic planning, milestone tracking, and timeline management.
- Strong sourcing, research, and candidate-generation skills.
- Expertise with sourcing tools and channels.
- Pipeline management and basic reporting using an ATS; Ashby preferred.
- Expertise in advanced sourcing methodologies using AI-assisted tools.
- Self-driven, intellectually curious, and committed to continuous improvement.

## Compensation
- Salary range: $123,000-$150,000.
