## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Work directly with customers to rapidly understand their hardest problems and build solutions.
- Own end-to-end execution of high-stakes projects within small, high-ownership teams.
- Span the full stack: whiteboarding architecture, building data pipelines and operational workflows, deploying AI agents, advising customer executives, and driving strategy.
- Unpack ambiguous problems and reason about the cost and consequence of solutions.
- Work autonomously and make consequential decisions.
- Collaborate internally with FDSEs, product teams, and Deployment Strategists, and externally with customers (often on-site).
- Continuously learn new knowledge and apply it to novel problems.

## Requirements
- Strong engineering background, preferably in Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, or Physics.
- Strong coder with demonstrated proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, TypeScript/JavaScript, or similar.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in teams of technical and non-technical individuals.
- Comfortable working in a rapidly changing environment with dynamic objectives and iteration with users.
- Demonstrated ability to continuously learn, work independently, and make decisions with minimal supervision.
- Willingness and interest to travel as needed.
- Active U.S. security clearance at the Top Secret level, or willingness to obtain or upgrade to a Top Secret clearance.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with healthcare, logistics, aviation, or readiness analysis.
- Familiarity with AI agents, data structures, storage systems, cloud infrastructure, front-end frameworks, and other technical tools.
- Understanding of how technical decisions impact the user.
