## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Build deep, trusted relationships with customers and anticipate their needs.
- Own a book of business end-to-end, driving renewal and expansion revenue.
- Partner with CSE and account management teams to help customers achieve measurable outcomes from Pave’s product suite and AI Agent.
- Prepare data-driven perspectives for internal and external conversations, including discussions with executive stakeholders.
- Contribute to a positive, growth-oriented, accountable team culture.

## Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a quota-carrying, customer-facing role at a high-growth company.
- Demonstrated success exceeding revenue retention and growth targets.
- Resilience and adaptability in ambiguous, rapidly changing environments.
- Ability to build trust with senior stakeholders, economic buyers, and C-suite executives.
- Data-driven approach to customer conversations and business analysis.
- Curiosity about compensation, total rewards, and customer needs.
- Bachelor’s degree.

## Compensation and Benefits
- Targeted cash compensation: **$129,000 OTE** at P2 level or **$165,000 OTE** at P3 level.
