## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify, attract, and engage passive candidates from top tech companies, cutting-edge AI startups, and renowned academic institutions.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and cultural dynamics.
- Lead the recruitment process end-to-end, from job descriptions to offers, ensuring high standards for skill, creativity, and cultural fit.
- Foster relationships in the tech community through networking, tech talks, and direct engagement.
- Implement and refine recruitment processes to improve candidate experience and reduce time-to-hire.

## Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting, filling roles in AI/Machine Learning, Software Engineering, Data Science, and Infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of technical skills, tools, and trends in AI and software development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Passion for technology and AI-driven software development.
