## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact between data partners and Fetch’s internal Sales, Product, Data, Analytics, Legal, and Technical teams.
- Translate commercial partnership requirements into implementation plans, milestones, owners, dependencies, and timelines.
- Manage end-to-end deployment of licensed data products, including onboarding, delivery, testing, validation, launch, and ongoing support.
- Coordinate data specifications, delivery methods, taxonomy, documentation, and recurring data feeds.
- Monitor timelines, data quality, KPIs, delivery performance, and partner health.
- Identify implementation risks, technical blockers, and data-quality issues, coordinating stakeholders toward resolution.
- Ensure data delivery aligns with partnership scope and licensed use cases.
- Educate partners on data products, capabilities, delivery processes, and technical requirements.
- Provide implementation and performance updates to partners.
- Improve deployment workflows, documentation, and partner support processes.
- Use AI-enabled tools for documentation, project management, issue identification, communication, and operational efficiency.

## Requirements
- 2+ years of technical account management experience supporting data licensing.
- Experience implementing or delivering data products, data integrations, APIs, or similar technical solutions.
- Experience managing complex projects across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to translate partner or business requirements into implementation plans, workflows, and deliverables.
- Experience communicating data-informed insights, issues, and recommendations.
- Strong project management, problem-solving, influencing, and ambiguity-management skills.
- Exceptional written communication skills.
- Willingness to travel for partner meetings, implementations, or presentations.

## Nice-to-haves
- Familiarity with APIs, cloud-based data sharing, recurring data feeds, and file-based delivery.
- Experience troubleshooting data quality, implementation, or delivery issues with technical teams.
- Advanced Excel skills, including filters, formulas, pivot tables, and large data sets.
- Knowledge of consumer insights, measurement, and marketing terminology.
- Experience with Salesforce functions and dashboards.
- Cross-functional experience with Product, Engineering, Data, Analytics, Legal, Sales, or Account Management.
- Familiarity with data licensing concepts, permitted use cases, data access, delivery requirements, and partner obligations.
- Familiarity with AI-driven decision-support or automation tools.

## Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary: **$121,224–$142,616**.
