## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Generate top-of-funnel leads and build foundational processes and strategies for the commercial sales team.
- Conduct outbound outreach to engineers, marketers, and operations teams using cold calls, text messages, email, integrated marketing campaigns, LinkedIn campaigns, and other methods.
- Research target accounts and craft personalized outreach with the growth team.
- Develop creative methods, channels, and strategies to guide prospects to the free trial.
- Help define and improve sales processes, strategies, and tactics.
- Execute against monthly goals.
- Monitor new signups in Slack, engage prospects directly, and schedule meetings with the sales organization and customers.

## Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Self-starter who can self-motivate in a high-growth startup.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Prior experience engaging customers and prospects.
- Interest in technology, particularly data.
- Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work.
- Fluent German language skills.
