## Job Description

## Responsibilities

- Drive the vision and develop a roadmap for the restaurant partner Reporting and Insights platform, including in-product reporting and externally facing APIs.
- Expand reporting capabilities and provide insights to restaurant partners based on their needs.
- Use research and data to communicate the roadmap and product vision.
- Build deep empathy for users and advocate for their needs.
- Lead product initiatives collaboratively across Design, Research, Engineering, Data Analysis, and Product Management.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement to deliver an exceptional marketplace user experience.
- Create and monitor metrics that measure product success.
- Travel to Boston quarterly, up to five days per quarter, for planning, team gatherings, business reviews, and other events.

## Requirements

- 8+ years of product management experience, ideally in a marketplace environment.
- Experience designing and implementing reporting solutions.
- Proven ability to innovate on behalf of customers and develop creative solutions.
- History of building high-quality experiences across platforms.
- Strong analytical ability, including comfort manipulating data and building hypotheses to inform solutions.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills across functional areas.

## Compensation and Benefits

- National total target cash compensation, including base salary and bonus target: **$161,000–$213,000 annually**.
