## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Support the Chief Product Officer in the development of the product strategy, governance, and execution of the product roadmap.
- Organize product teams.
- Integrate product plans with Turion enterprise management systems.
- Drive product planning processes, bringing stakeholders together to align on product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for new products, including market research, competitive analysis, and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, marketing, and customer support, to ensure successful product launches and ongoing product success.
- Analyze product performance and customer feedback to inform continuous improvement and future product development efforts.

## Requirements
- B.S. in Engineering or a related technical field.
- 3 to 15 years of professional experience in product development, analysis, or a relevant field.
- Demonstrated ability to structure ambiguous problems, build analytical models, and translate data into product decisions.
- Demonstrated understanding of the technical, business, and operational aspects of product development, including market research and competitive analysis, product lifecycle management, user experience and customer feedback analysis, data-driven decision making, and go-to-market strategy and execution.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, JIRA/Confluence, and other relevant product management tools.
- Demonstrated ability to develop software for analyzing large data sets, including data visualization, statistical analysis, and machine learning applications for product insights.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen (dual citizenship not accepted).
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Previous experience bringing aerospace or defense industry products to market.
- Experience leading customer interactions and gathering requirements to inform product development.
- Familiarity with software development processes and methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.
- Understanding of how A.I. can accelerate product development and enhance product capabilities.
