## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Act as the CEO’s communications partner and advisor, ensuring leadership communication is clear, consistent, and trusted.
- Own the company narrative, recurring communications, and operating rhythms that keep employees aligned on strategy, priorities, and rationale.
- Connect internal and external company narratives.
- Lead high-stakes communications for fundraises, strategy rollouts, reorganizations, leadership changes, and other sensitive moments.
- Own the editorial arc of company-wide all-hands and improve presentation quality across the organization.
- Build an AI-native internal communications engine for gathering input, drafting, aggregation, and measurement.
- Establish communication standards, tools, coaching, and talking points that help leaders and managers communicate effectively.
- Create feedback loops to measure employee understanding and identify when unclear substance—not wording—is preventing messages from landing.

## Requirements
- Track record of outstanding achievement in demanding environments.
- Experience advising a founder or CEO and sharpening executive thinking and communications.
- Sound judgment with sensitive, high-stakes communications and confidential information.
- Exceptional writing skills, including the ability to write both informative and alignment-oriented communications under deadline.
- Ability to build scalable systems from scratch with a rigorous, structured approach.
- AI-native mindset and enthusiasm for building internal tools and automated workflows.
- Strong organizational awareness and ability to navigate cultural differences across European and US offices.
- Discretion, low ego, steadiness, and comfort with changing priorities.
- Background may include communications, chief of staff, founder’s office, strategy, or consulting, with strong writing experience.

- Experience scaling communications across distributed, global teams.
