## Job Description

## What You’ll Work On
- Create and execute strategic outbound campaigns via cold calling, email, and social media to connect with key decision-makers.
- Drive top-of-funnel growth by initiating sales conversations and developing a strong top of funnel pipeline for Account Executives.
- Use Salesforce, Salesloft, and other sales tools to build prospect lists, craft messaging, execute outreach, and track your results.
- Conduct value-driven conversations with prospects, focusing on their needs and how Justworks can solve their unique problems.
- Master Justworks and the PEO industry, becoming an expert on market trends and competition.

- Comfortable with high-volume outbound outreach via phone, email, and social media. You should be ready to jump on the phone and engage with new people every day.
- Communicate clearly and concisely, especially when it comes to complicated topics. You can break it down into simple terms people can understand.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM is a plus.

## Compensation
This position is paid a base wage plus incentive compensation. The base wage range for this position is targeted at $27.72 - $27.72 in our Tampa office, and competitive On-Target Earnings, inclusive of incentive compensation, of $86,457.60 - $86,457.60. Final offers may vary from those listed. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed.
