## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Manage complex services engagements and own the services lifecycle for high-stakes projects.
- Challenge unrealistic customer requests and provide strategic trade-off options to protect project health and customer success.
- Lead deep technical discovery before contract signature.
- Create rigorous, milestone-driven Statements of Work (SOWs) linked to customer business outcomes and use cases.
- Implement formal, auditable scope governance and change-management processes.
- Maintain accurate bookings forecasts and financial milestones in SFDC.
- Protect practice margin health through disciplined commercial data management.
- Translate complex business challenges into value-focused delivery roadmaps.
- Drive alignment with senior internal and external stakeholders.

## Requirements
- Typically 5 years of related experience with a bachelor's degree, or 4 years with a master's degree.
- 5–8 years of field sales or services delivery experience in data warehousing, business intelligence, or cloud.
- Expert-level technical discovery, scoping, and pre-signature discovery leadership.
- Strong judgment in selecting methods and techniques to solve complex problems.

## Nice-to-haves
- Experience managing complex, outcome-oriented services engagements.
- Experience with formal scope governance, change management, and Salesforce-based commercial forecasting.
