## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Design enterprise-grade data pipelines with dbt Cloud.
- Partner with sales to communicate the technical value of the dbt Labs product suite.
- Guide customers through proof-of-concept implementations and dbt Cloud trials.
- Work with engineering to deploy dbt Cloud in private clouds for enterprise clients.
- Own the customer lifecycle from pre-sales evaluation through product adoption and expansion.
- Collaborate with product on the dbt Cloud enterprise roadmap.
- Build relationships with partners, including Snowflake, AWS, and Databricks, and enable them to adopt and implement dbt.
- Participate actively in the dbt community.

## Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in sales engineering, solutions architecture, or consulting in data operations, analytics, or business intelligence.
- Technical experience with SQL, ETL, and data modeling.
- Understanding of modern data warehousing architectures.
- Ability to translate technical and business requirements into concrete solutions.
- Excellent verbal, written, and in-person communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to inclusive teamwork and community participation.

## Nice to Have
- Experience in analytics, ETL, BI, or open-source software.
- Knowledge of or experience with dbt.
- Experience with dimensional, data vault, Kimball, or 3NF data modeling.
- Experience with Informatica, Boomi, or Talend.

## Compensation
- Seattle OTE range: **$219,458.75–$274,323.75**.
- Compensation may include salary, equity, and, where applicable, performance-based pay.
