## Job Description

## What You’ll Own
- The success of your product area: product direction, quality of what ships, and the revenue and customer outcomes that drive it.
- The roadmap and the vision: define a roadmap for the sprint, the next quarter, and the next year of your product area.
- The go-to-market narrative: define the value drivers and differentiation for your area relative to the competitive landscape, enable the sales team, and own the narrative on customer calls.
- Clarity end to end: ensure the product is well-documented (how it works, how to demo it, how customers get onboarded) and track where every major customer is in onboarding and what's blocking them.
- Whatever the product needs: talk to customers every day, take customer calls, reproduce reported bugs, or pick up slack wherever it helps.

## What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of product experience at a high growth tech company or founding experience.
- Comfort with ambiguity and a track record of taking things from 0 to 1.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Highly detail-oriented.
- Basic SQL knowledge or a willingness to learn.
