## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Coordinate complex, multi-stakeholder interview schedules across time zones with precision and discretion.
- Serve as the main point of contact for candidates, ensuring a professional, engaging, and confidential experience from first conversation to offer.
- Partner closely with recruiters, hiring leaders, and Executive Assistants to align priorities, anticipate conflicts, and maintain clear communication.
- Apply sound judgment to navigate last-minute changes, sensitive information, and competing demands with professionalism and tact.
- Streamline processes by identifying inefficiencies and implementing improvements that enhance speed, accuracy, and candidate experience.
- Support recruiting projects, including system audits, tool management, and data pulls and reviews.
- Communicate proactively and effectively across teams to build trust, ensure alignment, and maintain a high bar for quality and service.

## Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator, ideally supporting senior-level stakeholders.
- Experience with recruiting tools such as Google Calendar, Greenhouse, ModernLoop, and Gem.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to represent the company with polish and professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with experience managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and good judgment.
- Solutions-oriented mindset and proactive approach to problem-solving.

## Nice-to-Have
- Technical comfort with AI and automation tooling such as ATS APIs, Claude, Zapier, and ChatGPT.

## Compensation
- Expected salary range: $69,600–$100,050.
- Starting base pay depends on location, skills, experience, market demands, and internal pay parity.
- Equity and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of the total compensation package.
