## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Manage and proactively work on the renewals base in the assigned territory to achieve on-time renewals and customer retention.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and other internal stakeholders.
- Build strong, effective customer relationships.
- Increase renewal rates.
- Report renewal forecasts.

## Requirements
- 3+ years of customer-facing experience in a fast-paced, competitive market, preferably focused on closing renewals.
- Proven record of exceeding goals and hitting sales targets.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present to diverse internal and external audiences.
- Driven, competitive, and strongly motivated to succeed.
- College degree or equivalent work experience.

## Nice-to-haves
- Exposure to database, cloud, and infrastructure technology.
- Familiarity with databases, developer technologies, and open-source technology.
