## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own and execute go-to-market strategy for Chime’s personal loan product from launch through iteration and scale.
- Establish best practices and frameworks for repeatable, high-quality product launches.
- Develop clear, differentiated positioning and messaging that drives customer understanding and adoption.
- Drive cross-functional alignment across Product, Growth, Brand, and Analytics.
- Influence product strategy and roadmap through customer insights, market understanding, and competitive analysis.
- Improve product adoption, engagement, and retention through data-informed marketing strategies.
- Partner with Growth and Lifecycle teams to ensure effective multichannel execution and performance optimization.

## Requirements
- 6–10+ years of product marketing experience.
- At least 3+ years of consumer lending or regulated financial services experience, including exposure to credit risk, underwriting, and loan servicing.
- Track record of owning end-to-end go-to-market strategy, including segmentation, funnel optimization, and measurable business outcomes.
- Strong grounding in product marketing fundamentals, including audience insights, competitive intelligence, targeting, positioning, value propositions, and messaging.
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with Product, Growth, Credit Risk, Brand, Analytics, Legal, and Compliance.
- Ability to lead through influence and drive cross-functional alignment and execution.
- Ability to translate complex product capabilities into clear, compelling customer narratives.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to inform strategy and measure impact.

## Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary: **$150,000–$208,000**.
- Eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits.
