## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic consultant to senior leaders and managers, aligning business and people strategies to optimize user and company experience.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and deliver programs that advance the People Strategy.
- Use data and insights to inform organizational strategy, structure, and programs while promoting organizational health and productivity.
- Advise and coach leaders on organizational design, change management, and initiatives focused on efficiency, collaboration, and decentralized decision-making.
- Support global talent and organizational planning, including identifying critical talent and preparing for future business needs.
- Promote a culture guided by operating principles, high standards, kindness, and effective ways of working.
- Support leadership and the organization through continued growth and evolution.

## Requirements
- 10+ years of experience as an HR business partner, preferably across fast-growing technology companies and established organizations.
- Experience partnering with and influencing senior leaders to align people strategy with business results.
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
- Ability to design clear processes and solve problems with attention to detail and flexibility.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to partner and influence across diverse groups and experience levels.
