## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Support and maintain Greenlight’s Business Systems function.
- Administer and support systems serving billing, accounts receivable, procurement, accounts payable, general ledger, expenses, travel, sales, and marketing.
- Troubleshoot technical and functional issues across NetSuite, Maxio, HubSpot, FloQast, Workiva, Snowflake, ZIP, and related systems.
- Configure automations, iPaaS solutions, integrations, and workflows that improve financial and business operations.
- Contribute to month-end and quarter-end processes and improve operational efficiency through systems.
- Perform user, role, configuration, and integration maintenance.
- Support IT General Controls initiatives, including access reviews, procedural documentation, and business system change management.
- Document system configurations and processes.
- Collaborate with global IT and Security teams to support business systems and strengthen their security posture.
- Contribute to system enhancements and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

## Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as a NetSuite administrator or business systems analyst.
- Working knowledge of SuiteBuilder; familiarity with SuiteScript and SuiteTalk.
- Experience integrating NetSuite with financial and business systems, or strong willingness to learn.
- Understanding of IT General Controls and exposure to SOC, ISO, or SOX-compliant environments.
- Familiarity with core accounting processes, including order to cash, procure to pay, and record to report.
- Strong problem-solving skills, including diagnosing issues and supporting solutions from design through implementation.
- Proactive approach and ability to learn in a flexible, fast-paced environment.

## Nice-to-haves
- NetSuite Administrator Certification.
- Exposure to SuiteCloud Development Framework and version control systems such as GitHub.
- Familiarity with NetSuite Fixed Assets and OneWorld modules.
- Experience supporting FloQast, Workiva, HubSpot, Maxio, or comparable financial and business systems.
- Experience with global or multi-entity environments.
- Familiarity with Jira, Asana, Confluence, or Lucidchart.
- Accounting or finance background.
- Exposure to no-code automation or iPaaS platforms such as StackSync or UiPath.
- Experience using AI to improve accounting, finance, or business systems processes.
