## Job Description

## Key Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and improve infrastructure using AWS and modern DevOps practices
- Design and implement monitoring, alerting, and incident response systems to ensure high availability
- Automate deployment pipelines and manage CI/CD workflows
- Collaborate with engineers to identify and resolve performance, scalability, and reliability issues
- Improve system security and auditability across environments
- Evaluate and introduce new tools and technologies to enhance operations

## Requirements
- 3+ years of DevOps or infrastructure engineering experience, preferably at a high-growth startup
- Strong AWS experience, including services like **EC2, ECS, RDS, Lambda, and IAM**
- Proficiency in scripting languages (**preferably Python**) and infrastructure-as-code tools (**e.g., Terraform**)
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and ability to debug and optimize complex systems
- Experience with CI/CD systems such as **GitHub Actions** or similar
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and take ownership of large initiatives from day one
- Willingness to work in person at our office 4-5 days a week

## Compensation
**Salary range: $230,000 - $320,000** (base salary, equity, and comprehensive benefits & perks package. Exact compensation determined based on experience, skill level, location, and qualifications.)
