## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Design and maintain scalable dbt data models in Snowflake as trusted sources of truth.
- Architect data pipelines and transformation workflows using Fivetran and modern ELT practices.
- Develop durable, extensible data assets, modeling standards, documentation, and governance frameworks.
- Partner with Revenue Operations and Finance to define and operationalize SaaS metrics such as ARR, retention, expansion, and pipeline.
- Build data foundations for internal AI applications and LLM-enabled workflows.
- Prototype and productionize AI-driven operational use cases.
- Integrate analytics and AI into workflows using tools such as Notion, Cursor, and Glean.
- Design systems that embed data into operational processes.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, Product, and Engineering to translate business needs into scalable technical systems.
- Create reusable data assets enabling activation through Hightouch and analysis through Omni.
- Ensure architecture is scalable, secure, and adaptable to evolving enterprise requirements.

## Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or similar hands-on roles.
- Strong SQL skills.
- Deep understanding of modern data modeling, including dimensional modeling, transformations, and data contracts.
- Experience building in cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift.
- Comfort working in a fast-moving, evolving AI tooling landscape.
- Systems-level thinking focused on scalability, extensibility, and flexibility.
- Ability to solve ambiguous problems and build clean, durable architecture.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with Fivetran, dbt, Snowflake, Hightouch, Omni, Notion, Cursor, or Glean.
- Experience prototyping and productionizing AI-driven operational workflows.

## Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary: $135,000–$145,000.
