## Job Description

## Responsibilities

- Distill datasets into recommendations with clear visualizations and concise talking points.
- Scope and complete ad hoc data requests about game mechanics, product, or user performance.
- Build, document, and maintain easy-to-use dashboards and reusable analyses.
- Partner with Game Operations and Product to address data, performance, and process gaps.
- Enhance datasets to improve usability and enable nuanced analysis and reporting.
- Provide subject matter expertise on data, pricing, users, and game operations or mechanics.

## Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in statistics, finance, mathematics, or business analysis.
- Advanced technical experience with SQL, data visualization such as Tableau, and Excel formulas.
- Advanced experience in an analyst, gaming, consulting, finance, or data science role.
- Extensive knowledge or experience in sports, gaming, daily fantasy sports, pricing, trading, or finance.
- Organized, reliable, curious, professional, communicative, and growth-oriented team player.
- Demonstrated data-driven critical thinking, problem-solving, and recommendation skills.

## Nice-to-Haves

- Experience playing or optimizing play at a competitive level within sports, daily fantasy sports, or other games.
- Personal projects related to sports, gaming, trading, pricing, daily fantasy sports, prediction markets, or finance.
- Knowledge or experience with Python, R, MATLAB, or other programming languages.
