## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Create and build relationships with insurance brokers.
- Build a pipeline of opportunities through referrals from broker partners.
- Manage the pipeline in Salesforce and accurately forecast revenue.
- Run sales calls with short-deck presentations and detailed product demos.
- Close business and consistently achieve quota attainment.
- Become a product expert across the platform and understand the competitor landscape.
- Work closely with the Customer Success Management team to ensure smooth transitions for new customers.
- Take channel partners to events such as golf, dinners, sporting events, and concerts.

## Requirements
- 3+ years of sales experience, particularly in SaaS markets selling B2B.
- Experience carrying a $1M+ annual quota.
- Proven track record of success, ranking in the top 10% of a sales organization.
- Previous experience selling HRIS/HCM software and/or security-related products.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be located in the central to southern Philadelphia area.

## Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive on-target earnings, including base salary and sales commission, plus benefits and equity.
- US-based employee compensation uses a 60/40 base-to-variable commission split.
- Remote compensation: $205,000 per year.
- Commission is not guaranteed.
