## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own entry-level Onboarding and Client Support searches from kickoff through offer.
- Close 5–6 requisitions per month while maintaining a target time to fill of 30 days or less.
- Run hiring-manager intakes, establish hiring criteria, and manage scorecards.
- Partner on Client Success and Client Experience searches by sourcing and screening candidates while a senior recruiter manages the close.
- Source candidates using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and local channels in Scottsdale and Austin.
- Write and optimize candidate outreach.
- Deliver at least 60 qualified sourced candidates per month across assigned requisitions.
- Conduct 15–20 candidate screens per week.
- Submit an initial slate of 5–6 approved candidates within 10 business days of intake for owned searches.
- Respond to candidates within 24 hours and schedule next steps within 48 hours of hiring-manager decisions.
- Keep Lever updated daily and provide weekly pipeline reports to hiring managers.

## Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or recruiting coordination.
- Candidates may also come from client success, customer support, onboarding, sales development, or hospitality.
- Experience working in a high-volume, conversation-focused role.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Familiarity with an ATS or CRM.
- Ability to manage 20 or more candidates concurrently.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment three days per week in the office.

## Nice to Have
- Experience with Lever.
- Experience with Boolean search.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Recruiting experience in Scottsdale or Austin markets.

## Compensation
- Annual salary: $70,000–$80,000.
