## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Manage large, complex programs within Software Systems, cooperating with Autonomy, Firmware, and Product Software organizations.
- Develop project schedules, define milestones, mitigate risks, estimate budgets, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
- Lead experts across diverse technologies to deliver features and programs.
- Ensure timely, efficient, and predictable delivery of programs.

## Qualifications
- BS/MS degree in computer science, engineering or equivalent job experience.
- At least 4 years of experience in engineering program management.
- Deep familiarity with software development processes & proficiency in tools like Gantt charts, risk matrices, Smartsheet, JIRA.
- Strong track record of managing complex cross-functional projects.
- Ability to maintain big picture focus and provide clear, structured communications.

## Bonus Qualifications
- Familiarity with embedded systems and ECU architecture in safety-critical systems.
- Experience with software, firmware, and custom hardware integration.
- Experience with reliability engineering or advanced systems engineering.
- Experience with large-scale cloud computing for autonomous systems.
- Experience leveraging advanced AI tools for program execution.
