## Job Description

## Responsibilities

- Collaborate with GCC customers in India to uncover business challenges and determine how Celonis can help achieve business objectives.
- Support other regions, including APAC, in establishing and cultivating foundational accounts.
- Build trusted-advisor relationships through technical expertise, product knowledge, and business acumen.
- Share customer insights and feedback with Product and Engineering teams to influence product innovation.
- Create reusable collateral, best practices, and tools within the Global Value Engineering Center of Excellence.
- Conduct ROI analyses and develop business cases to quantify potential benefits of Celonis solutions.

## Identify and Frame Value

- Translate customers’ strategic priorities into high-impact Celonis use cases.
- Build demos and business cases using industry benchmarks and best practices.
- Undertake Value Assessments or Proof-of-Value projects and communicate value opportunities and strategic roadmaps to C-level executives.

## Realize Value

- Facilitate business value workshops and use Celonis to identify and qualify process-enhancement opportunities.
- Derive improvement measures in core business functions and initiate improvement actions and enterprise-wide change initiatives.
- Present results and realized value to senior management and C-level executives.

## Scale Value

- Build strategic expansion roadmaps that embed Celonis Process Intelligence as a business-transformation platform and drive adoption and expansion.
- Provide feedback to product development teams to enhance the Celonis platform and apps based on new use cases.

## Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in an analytical role focused on demonstrating or securing value through business data analysis, business process improvement, and software deployment.
- Experience in a customer-facing role such as solution consulting, sales engineering, or IT/management consulting with a business software or SaaS provider, or equivalent enterprise Center of Excellence experience.
- Knowledge of business software and SaaS applications, such as SAP.
- Experience implementing RPA or BI tools, or building dashboards, apps, and action flows.
- Hands-on SQL experience; Python preferred.
- Experience collaborating with IT teams.
- Experience identifying business-process-improvement use cases and deploying improvement measures.
- Experience acting as a change agent and training users or process owners to realize value.
- Experience planning and managing project scopes, expectations, and timelines across multiple projects.
- Experience preparing and communicating value roadmaps and results to internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Italian and English.
