## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring teams to build and execute strategies to bring the best people into key roles at AngelList.
- Lead with data and market intelligence to help drive decisions.
- Contribute broadly with functional agility and strong business partnership.
- Represent and elevate the AngelList talent brand on the market.

## Requirements
- 8+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, including some startup experience.
- Ability to thrive and drive consensus and clarity in ambiguous and fast-moving environments.
- Approach that leads with business outcomes over “activity”.
- Curiosity to leverage AI tools to automate day-to-day workflows and improve the speed and quality of the hiring process.
- Proven track record of success competing for elite talent in a competitive environment, and history of solid relationships in the industry.
- Ability to drive process and influence cross-functionally to advance the ball despite any obstacles.
- Enthusiasm about growth, change, action, and refinement.
