## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Lead research and early outreach for senior and executive-level searches.
- Map talent across the company’s market, direct competitors, overlooked companies, and adjacent industries.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, industry communities, warm networks, referrals, and other creative channels.
- Conduct credible initial outreach and phone screens before handing candidates off.
- Maintain clean, accurate pipelines in Ashby.
- Help develop job specifications, scorecards, and other search materials.
- Provide market and compensation insights to improve sourcing strategy.
- Share search learnings to strengthen recruiting playbooks and the talent database.
- Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and business partners.
- Grow into full-cycle ownership of executive searches over time.

## Requirements
- 4+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience.
- Ability to engage senior and C-level candidates with clear, confident communication.
- Strong understanding of business strategy and the ability to present compelling opportunities to passive candidates.
- Sharp judgment and the ability to assess fit and challenge inconsistencies.
- Curiosity, resourcefulness, discretion, and trustworthiness.
- Self-motivation and strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency with an applicant tracking system; the company uses Ashby.
