## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Lead field sales for the East region in the cybersecurity software and technology sector.
- Consistently meet or exceed annual team quotas and performance targets.
- Manage and close new business within Fortune 1000 accounts.
- Drive revenue and profitability results through strong business acumen.
- Engage executives and C-suite stakeholders with strong interpersonal, written, and presentation skills.
- Lead with a customer-centric, hands-on approach in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Maintain strong forecasting, sales operations, and CRM-based processes.
- Travel up to 25% or more as needed.

## Requirements
- 10+ years of successful leadership experience, including field sales experience in the cybersecurity software or technology sector.
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding annual team quotas and leading above-performance targets.
- Experience managing and closing new business within Fortune 1000 organizations.
- Strong business and financial acumen, including the ability to drive revenue and profitability.
- Executive presence and C-suite expertise.
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction in a dynamic environment.
- Self-starter with strong forecasting, sales operations, and CRM process discipline.

## Compensation
- Annual salary range: $220,000-$264,000.
