## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Lead the Recruiting Operations team and set its vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution in alignment with Talent Acquisition and business goals.
- Own the TA tooling roadmap and recruiting technology modernization, including vendor management, tool discovery, implementation, onboarding, offboarding, ROI evaluation, and automation experimentation.
- Co-lead recruiting AI strategy and establish a scalable, data-focused technology stack.
- Partner with People Analytics to advance predictive talent intelligence, define recruiting success metrics, maintain data integrity, and support self-service reporting.
- Use Google Sheets and advanced formulas for data manipulation, ad hoc reporting, root-cause analysis, and actionable insights.
- Redesign recruiting processes and workflows across the hiring lifecycle in partnership with People Team stakeholders.
- Own TA policy, governance, and compliance, including recruiting policies, approval hierarchies, data privacy, and applicable legal requirements.
- Lead cross-functional operational projects and serve as a recruiting operations subject matter expert.
- Mentor and develop the Recruiting Operations team and ensure deliverables align with Talent Acquisition strategy.

## Requirements
- 5+ years of experience leading and executing complex recruiting operations initiatives.
- 3+ years of people management experience, with strong coaching and development skills.
- Deep expertise with recruiting technologies and experience managing a TA tooling roadmap.
- Experience evaluating tool ROI, retiring redundant platforms, and implementing automations or AI in recruiting workflows.
- Strong process redesign, operational rigor, and strategic planning experience.
- Advanced proficiency with Google Sheets and formulas for independent data analysis and reporting.
- Familiarity with recruiting policy, governance, compliance, data privacy, and evolving global regulations.
- Strong cross-functional relationship-building, communication, collaboration, and influencing skills.
- Ability to operate independently and own team execution, deliverables, and outcomes.

## Nice to Have
- Experience with Greenhouse, Gem, Metaview, Tableau, and related recruiting technology platforms.
- Experience with predictive talent intelligence and trusted data architecture.

## Compensation
- Base salary: $115,000–$198,000 annually.
- Additional compensation and benefits may include equity and other eligible employee benefits.
