## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using **Java** and **Spring Boot**.
- Build high-performance applications capable of processing large volumes of data.
- Design and optimize APIs, data models, and backend architecture.
- Work with **Elasticsearch** and **MongoDB** to build efficient search and data storage solutions.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and QA teams throughout the product lifecycle.
- Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve application performance and reliability.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices.
- Take ownership of features from design through deployment and support.

## Requirements
- 2–5 years of professional experience in backend software development.
- Strong proficiency in **Java** and **Spring Boot**.
- Experience working with **Elasticsearch** and **MongoDB**.
- Experience building applications that handle high-scale or high-volume data.
- Strong algorithmic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables.
- Passion for learning new technologies and adapting quickly.
- Experience managing features throughout the complete product lifecycle.

## Nice to Have
- Experience with distributed systems and microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as **AWS**, **Azure**, or **Google Cloud**.
- Experience with messaging systems such as **Kafka** or **RabbitMQ**.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies such as **Docker** and **Kubernetes**.
- Experience with **CI/CD** pipelines and DevOps practices.
