## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Manage general ledger activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and account analysis.
- Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information weekly.
- Prepare monthly reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance.
- Assist with the annual audit and tax filings.
- Conduct regular general ledger maintenance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy in accruals.
- Continuously assess and improve accounting systems and processes.

## Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a similar field.
- 8+ years of relevant work experience.
- Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP and internal control processes.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Positive attitude, teamwork, and ability to quickly adapt to change.
- Excellent Excel skills.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Big Four and/or public company accounting experience.
- SAP, Ariba, or Oracle experience.
