## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own product engineering end to end, including usability, reliability, and user experience.
- Make product decisions with consideration for their impact on the performance of each platform module.
- Take complete ownership of code from initial concept through production.

## Requirements
- Experience building a high-quality product.
- Strong engineering skills combined with an interest in AI models and product design.
- Passion for mission-driven, creative work and end-to-end ownership.

## Compensation
- $210,000–$260,000 base salary.
- 0.2%–0.8% equity.
