## Job Description

## Responsibilities

- Build tools and analytics for sales leaders, including pacing views, account-health signals, and territory and segment views.
- Partner with Sales and account teams to translate findings into clear narratives for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Evaluate requests from Sales, Product, Finance, Legal, leadership, and external stakeholders, determining whether each warrants a durable tool, focused analysis, or is out of scope.
- Build and maintain production data pipelines, automate recurring workflows, and provide clear documentation and validation.
- Define core metrics and their authoritative locations so dashboards, reports, and tools produce consistent results.
- Contribute to internal tools and the semantic layer that enable stakeholders to query B2B data in natural language.
- Present technical findings to senior leadership and other non-technical audiences.

## Requirements

- Degree or related work experience in analytics, statistics, economics, computer science, or another quantitative field.
- **3+ years** of experience in data analytics or business intelligence, ideally supporting a sales, go-to-market, or B2B organization.
- Proficiency in **SQL**, including reading, writing, and reviewing efficient queries on large datasets.
- Experience building production data assets, such as pipelines, data models, or orchestrated tables, using **Airflow**, **dbt**, or similar tools.
- Proficiency with a data visualization tool such as **Tableau**, **Hex**, **Mode**, or similar.
- Experience influencing business decisions through analysis and owning the metrics and datasets developed.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve ambiguous problems, prioritize effectively, and deliver actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills, including presenting complex data clearly to varied stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
- Ability to collaborate across functions, manage competing priorities, and drive projects to completion.

## Nice-to-Haves

- Experience with sales or account analytics, including pipeline, bookings, pacing to target, or account segmentation.
- Experience with **Python** for data analysis and automation.
- Commercial and builder mindset, with a record of turning recurring requests into durable tools or datasets.

## Compensation

- Expected base pay range for the San Francisco area: **$98,000–$122,500**, excluding potential equity, bonus, and benefits.
