## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Identify where AI can improve Care Partnerships and adjacent sales teams, including predicting at-risk partner accounts, prioritizing outreach, and surfacing patterns associated with high-performing health system partnerships.
- Apply AI tools to build self-service analytics for partner success and business development representatives.
- Deliver proactive strategic analysis, including referral funnel breakdowns, account health signals, and conversion benchmarks by segment.
- Build and own reporting infrastructure that supports go-to-market decision-making.
- Instrument new product features from launch so pilots and experiments are high-impact.

## Requirements
- **5–7 years of experience** in consulting, banking, analytics, or strategy and operations at a growth-stage company.
- Strong analytical foundation, including fluency in SQL and data modeling, metric development, and operating cadences.
- Experience applying AI tools to practical business problems across sales or go-to-market functions.
- Ability to scope ambiguous problems, build new infrastructure, and drive adoption without a predefined roadmap.
- Clear and persuasive communication, including presenting a point of view, defending it when challenged, and closing the loop.

## Nice to Have
- Healthcare, marketplace, or revenue operations experience.
