## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Drive customer success by advising Fortune 500 defense companies on transforming their capture process using firsthand expertise.
- Champion product adoption: lead onboardings, pilots, and enterprise rollouts at major defense primes with customer deployment teams.
- Serve as the internal voice of the user, bridging product, government contracting workflows, customer deployments, product roadmaps, and engineering priorities.

## Requirements
- 1-5 years of experience with government contracts, budget tracking, proposal writing, lobbying, etc.
- Experience at a prime contractor or government consultant, understanding end-to-end processes for how defense companies win new business.
- Familiarity with how BD/Capture people think.
- Tech-forward mindset: daily AI usage, excitement to implement frontier technology in legacy defense enterprises (no coding required).
