## Job Description

## Responsibilities

- Understand the complete end-to-end automated reconciliation system from a technical and engineering standpoint.
- Manage and execute the daily investigation of unreconciled BBSA transactions.
- Prepare and submit daily reconciliation status updates to the authorized management team at BBSA.
- Support the continuous optimization of the Reconciliation platform by converting operational insights into clear remediation plans.
- Confirm that the automated end-to-end reconciliation workflow fully integrates all newly introduced BBSA products.
- Present reconciliation findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and external bodies, including the Board, Audit Committee, and CSSF.

## Requirements

- 7+ years of experience in payment operations and reconciliations, including experience working with international companies.
- Strong SQL skills and comfort working across systems and handling large volumes of data; a live SQL assessment is part of the interview process.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles, banking systems, and data structures.
- Experience working closely with engineers and accounting teams.
- High professional fluency in English.

## Nice-to-haves

- EMI or PI experience.
- Solid understanding of blockchain and data structures.
- Experience working for a US company.
