## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Build and nurture relationships with partners, proactively discussing campaign performance, optimizations, updates, and opportunities.
- Liaise between partners and internal teams, including Measurement & Insights, Performance Solutions, Product Marketing, and Creative Strategy.
- Understand partners’ business goals and turn data into compelling stories and actionable recommendations.
- Advise advertisers on media strategies across targeting, bidding models, creative, and measurement.
- Apply Pinterest campaign best practices, optimize campaign setup, interpret and communicate results, troubleshoot performance, and course-correct against agreed metrics.
- Lead client meetings, explain complex solutions clearly, address resistance and objections, and identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
- Explain Pinterest advertising products, services, features, and best practices to partners.
- Maintain current knowledge of the product roadmap and collaborate with cross-functional teams on product questions and challenges.
- Pitch new performance products and campaign best practices at scale.

## Requirements
- Experience in digital advertising sales, managing high-value relationships, driving strategic learning agendas, and owning client communications.
- Track record of data-backed storytelling and recommendations.
- Expertise managing forecasts and achieving goals.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with technical and non-technical teams.
- Expertise in digital advertising and media sales, including campaign optimization, analytical problem solving, and product or platform knowledge.
- Technical foundation with experience in Search, Shopping, Display, or Social advertising technologies.
- Curiosity and willingness to use AI tools to improve campaign setup, performance reporting, client communications, and research while maintaining accuracy.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
- Ability to work from the Dublin office for in-person collaboration 1–2 times per week and live within a commutable distance.

## Compensation
- Base salary range: €73,664.50–€128,912.70.
- Eligible for incentive compensation.
- Final salary depends on factors including location, travel, relevant experience, and skills.
