## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Assist senior account managers with client onboarding and ensure a smooth, welcoming experience.
- Coordinate client meetings, take detailed notes, and manage follow-up tasks.
- Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, and internal messaging systems.
- Maintain and update client records in CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Track ongoing client projects and communicate status updates and deadlines internally.
- Collaborate with sales, compliance, and technical services teams to support cohesive service delivery.
- Identify opportunities to improve client relationships and communicate insights to senior team members.

## Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn about cybersecurity and compliance.
- Basic understanding of CRM software; HubSpot or Salesforce experience is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Team-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

## Compensation and Benefits
- $20–25 per hour.
