## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own the company’s AV technology platform, including **Zoom**, **Zoom Rooms**, video conferencing hardware, and digital signage, and drive the roadmap for each.
- Coordinate with external vendors on the installation, upgrade, and maintenance of AV systems and equipment.
- Provide Tier 2/3 troubleshooting for complex AV, conferencing, and meeting-room issues in person and remotely.
- Partner with the Internal Events Production team to provide AV and technical support for company-wide events as needed.
- Act as a backup to IT Executive Services, supporting meeting logistics, Zoom, and Google Calendar questions for executive stakeholders.

## Requirements
- **8+ years** of experience in a similar audiovisual or IT engineering role, including at least 1 year leading a team.
- Strong IT foundation, including networking concepts and Windows/macOS troubleshooting in an enterprise environment.
- Experience administering Zoom, Zoom Rooms, and related conferencing hardware such as Neat and Logitech.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to partner effectively across the organization.
- Experience providing white-glove executive support.

## Nice-to-haves
- AVIXA CTS, CTS-D, or CTS-I certification.
- Experience configuring Extron, Crestron, Q-SYS, or similar room-control systems.
- Project or program management experience.
