## Job Description

## What You’ll Do
- Advance the Squint narrative across channels as the primary creator of content that grows Squint’s reach and relevance
- Work across shortform (social, website) and longform (case studies, blog) content, creating supporting assets to grab attention
- Continuously gather inspiration from customer wins, new features, and factory floor insights to build multi-channel content series
- Help Squint execs produce social content, longform posts, and talktracks for speaking engagements while maintaining consistent brand voice
- Create content across multiple formats using AI-enabled design tools (Canva, Figma) and video editing tools (Descript, Screen Studio)

## About You
- Write with precision, clarity, and intention
- Have proven methods for learning about customers—their motivations, pain points, and trust signals
- Understand channel and algorithm optimization to increase reach, engagement, and impact
- Love to collaborate and value good briefs and outside perspectives
- Pre-existing familiarity with industrial operations is an asset

## What You’ll Bring
- Portfolio demonstrating strong writing across formats: longform and short, market-facing and customer-facing
- Proven approach to audience understanding and audience-building
- Experience at a startup making creative and strategic decisions
- Strong POV on quality with ability to right-size for speed, channel, and experimentation
