## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end support for customers using SD-WAN, Internet, and related managed services, with emphasis on Versa Networks.
- Troubleshoot and configure basic LAN environments, routers, firewalls, Microsoft operating systems, VoIP services, VPNs, managed routers, and business data circuits.
- Provision and onboard new customers for managed services.
- Collaborate with vendors to resolve support issues and ensure smooth service delivery.
- Own customer support issues through resolution, communicating clearly and maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Mentor and train fellow engineers on complex technical issues and solutions.

## Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced technical environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in SD-WAN, particularly Versa Networks.
- Command-line experience with networking tools and platforms such as Cisco, Fortinet, and Juniper.
- Strong firewall configuration experience, especially with Fortinet.
- Deep understanding of BGP, OSPF, and VRRP.
- Practical knowledge of routers, firewalls, and NAT.
- Experience with COS/QOS and network design principles.
- Familiarity with SOC 2 compliance and processes.

## Nice-to-haves
- CCNA certification.
- CCNP certification.
