## Job Description

## Responsibilities

- Research and create outreach materials for high-value prospects in partnership with SDRs and account executives.
- Follow up with marketing-generated leads to qualify sales opportunities, move qualified leads through the funnel, connect them with salespeople, and arrange meetings.
- Execute outbound sales plays created by Marketing.
- Initiate contact with potential customers through cold calling or by responding to marketing-generated inquiries.
- Develop relationships with prospects, uncover needs through effective questioning, qualify interest and viability, and prepare handoffs to sales.
- Follow up with interested prospects who did not initially become sales opportunities.
- Work through lead lists while meeting or exceeding service-level agreements; consistently update activity and contact information in the CRM system; and support weekly reporting.
- Collaborate with Marketing and provide feedback and insights to improve targeting and messaging.
- Prospect into enterprises of all sizes across the APAC region using varied tools and outreach methods.

## Requirements

- Track record of top performance or prior success.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-starter who can operate in a hyper-growth environment.
- High professional fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English, working primarily with companies from the Greater China region.
- Ability to participate in-office three days per week in the Singapore office.
