## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Source, onboard, and manage partnerships with creators, patient advocates, and medical experts.
- Develop original content concepts and a user-generated-content (UGC) creative testing roadmap using platform trends, performance data, and audience insights.
- Negotiate usage rights, licensing terms, and allow-listing permissions for creator assets used in paid social campaigns.
- Manage cross-functional workflows from concept through launch and build a repeatable, high-velocity operating system.
- Test creative formats, messaging angles, and landing page integrations to improve conversion rates and reduce customer acquisition costs.
- Track and report reach, conversion, and other channel performance metrics; use insights to refine creator selection and creative strategy.
- Partner with Legal and Clinical Operations to ensure content complies with healthcare privacy laws and FTC/FDA guidelines.

## Requirements
- 5+ years of influencer, creator, or performance marketing experience focused on customer acquisition.
- Experience in DTC health, wellness, subscription, or regulated healthcare industries.
- Track record of building creator programs that generate measurable reach, engagement, and business impact.
- Hands-on experience managing growth budgets with accountability for conversion rates, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and return on investment (ROI).
- Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Experience negotiating usage rights, advertising licensing, and allow-listing.
- Ability to translate complex clinical topics into accessible, high-converting social video messaging.
- Experience using AI tools for creative briefs, script generation, copy iteration, and performance analysis.

## Compensation
- Expected base salary: $130,000–$150,000 annually.
