## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to patients to provide information and education about Pomelo Care services and resources.
- Achieve member enrollment goals based on company KPIs.
- Answer patient questions, address concerns, and provide guidance about available support.
- Document all interactions and maintain timely, accurate outreach records.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers, community organizations, and other stakeholders to coordinate appropriate care and services.
- Help families schedule appointments and follow-up care.
- Manage inbound calls from potential patients.
- Participate in training and development to stay current on healthcare trends and regulations.

## Requirements
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Strong, empathetic communication skills.
- Motivated by goals, metrics, and performance-based incentives.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Availability Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m. CT, with occasional overtime.
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely.

## Nice-to-haves
- Experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Experience with outreach enrollment and prospecting.
- Ability to scope and solve ambiguous problems.

## Compensation
- Expected hourly rate: $21.63–$26.44.
- Estimated annualized base pay: $45,000–$55,000, depending on hours worked.
- Eligible for a monthly performance bonus and equity participation.
