## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Lead technical implementation and integration efforts with enterprise clients, ensuring AI compliance solutions are effectively deployed.
- Work closely with client technical teams to understand infrastructure, security requirements, and compliance needs.
- Design and implement scalable ETL pipelines to integrate customer data into Norm’s platform.
- Map business data into structured data models with client SMEs for tailored business logic.
- Develop client-specific customizations to Norm’s platform for upsell opportunities.
- Lead enablement sessions with client end-users and evangelize platform benefits.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for implementations.
- Collaborate with legal engineering team to translate regulatory requirements into technical solutions.

## Requirements
**Core Skills & Experience:**
- Bachelor's or Master's in computer science or equivalent.
- 4+ years writing Python (or similar) for production.
- 1+ years in technical client-facing role (e.g., Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer).
- Experience writing ETL data pipelines and mapping ambiguous customer data.
- Experience writing APIs (e.g., FastAPI).
- Experience with Postgres or similar database.
- Excited to work/iterate with customers.

**Pluses:**
- React/TypeScript and Next.js.
- Dagster or Apache Airflow.
- Startup experience with ambiguous requirements.

## Compensation & Benefits
- Senior Engineer: $190,000 - $250,000/year + equity.
- Staff Engineer: $240,000 - $280,000/year + equity.

- Flexible hybrid model, typically 3-4 days/week in-office NYC.
