## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Become a product expert across Rippling's platform and understand the competitor landscape.
- Use strategic, thoughtful outbound messaging to upmarket prospects.
- Partner with Marketing to manage outbound campaigns and increase lead volume.
- Prospect into new accounts using proven sales methodologies.
- Maintain and update accurate records in the CRM.

- Previous Sales Development or Business Development experience preferred.
