> Build and own end-to-end AI-powered decision systems and internal tools using frontier LLMs to drive productivity in manufacturing and supply chain operations. Requires 3+ years production software engineering, strong full-stack skills, and daily hands-on experience with AI coding agents.

## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Build decision systems and internal tools leveraging frontier models that make manufacturing and supply chain operations significantly more productive.
- Own tools end to end, from conception through production, iterating directly with the people who use them.
- Design and maintain shared AI infrastructure including AGENTS.md and SKILLS.md, and build shared skills for the organization.
- Build custom integrations between LLMs and internal systems (Slack, GitHub, internal APIs, operational data).
- Stay current with rapidly evolving AI capabilities and proactively identify new opportunities to apply emerging techniques.

## Requirements
- 3+ years of software engineering experience with production-grade code in Go, Python, and TypeScript (and the ability to work in an arbitrary language, primarily driving AI coding tools).
- Strong full-stack development skills building web applications (React, Next.js, or similar frameworks).
- Hands-on experience building applications with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-weight models), creating and using MCP servers, and agentic frameworks.
- Daily, demonstrable use of AI coding agents (Claude Code, Cursor, or similar) with concrete examples of tools and skills you have built.
- Proven ability to work autonomously: identifying problems, designing solutions, and shipping results with minimal direction and high impact.
- Strong product and systems judgment, comfortable with ambiguity and a demanding pace.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and drive adoption.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Exposure to manufacturing, supply chain, or logistics operations, or to building internal tooling for operational teams.

## Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive total compensation package (cash + equity).
- Health, dental, and vision insurance.
- Retirement plan.
- Generous PTO policy.
- Committed to pay equity and transparency.
