## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own data delivery end-to-end, including deadlines, throughput, and quality.
- Solve ambiguous or inefficient processes by building scalable solutions.
- Recruit, train, and manage a distributed contributor workforce.
- Partner with engineers to scope technical requirements, flag blockers, and improve pipeline infrastructure.
- Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and quality gaps, then implement solutions.
- Manage complex projects from scoping through final delivery.
- Forecast timelines, meet throughput targets, and maintain high quality standards.
- Work directly with high-profile clients on time-sensitive requests.

## Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in consulting, finance, startups, or another operationally intense environment.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects.
- Comfortable making decisions with incomplete information.
- Strong ownership, judgment, quantitative thinking, and creative problem-solving.
- Willingness to work in person five days per week from the New York office.

## Compensation & Benefits
- Base cash compensation of $120,000-$150,000 for Strategic Projects Leads, and up to $200,000 for Senior Strategic Projects Leads.
