- **2+ years managing engineering teams**, with a bias toward action and delivery
- Experience in a numbers-intensive domain — accounting, payroll, invoicing, or similar
- Comfort with ambiguity; you make good decisions fast, without waiting for perfect information
- A builder's instinct — you've started something (a company, a project, a movement) without being asked
- A genuine love of startups and what they represent
